In Nudge Security you can review nudge responses in two places.

Nudge History

You can go to Notifications → Nudge History in the left nav to view your nudge history for all apps. From there you can filter by responded or partially responded nudges.

App-specific Nudge History

If you click into a specific app you can review the nudge history for that individual app. In this view you can also filter by responded or partially responded nudges.

Alerting your team of nudge responses

Go to Notifications → Rules and create a new rule

Once you're ready to create a notification rule to alert for nudge responses you can go to Notifications → Rules in the nav and click on Create new rule +.

Select the Nudge Response option and set conditions

From there you'll want to select the Nudge Response tile and set what type of response you want to alert for. You can choose from the following options:

  • Nudge type: If you are concerned about responses for a specific nudge type you can set the alert to go out only for that nudge.

  • Nudge sender: If you only want to alert for nudge responses for nudges from a specific sender, such as yourself, you can use this option.

  • App: Selecting a specific app will allow you to alert for nudge responses for only that app.

  • All responses: If you want to alert for all responses for all nudges this is the option for you.

Finally, choose where to send the alert (you can select more than one):

  • Slack/Teams (channel or user)

  • Email

  • Webhook (for SIEM/ticketing/other tools)

Pro Tip

If different people handle different apps or nudge types, create multiple rules—one per app/type/team.
