Filtering and search

You can filter the inventory by Platform, Approval Status, AI Agent Status, Creation Date, and Technical Contact. You can also search by agent name.

Setting approval status

Approval status is how your team tracks whether an agent has been reviewed. The available states are:

  • No approval status — default for newly discovered agents

  • In review — under active review by your team

  • Approved — sanctioned for use

  • Acceptable — acknowledged but not formally approved

  • Not permitted — flagged as off-limits

You can set approval status from the dropdown in the inventory table or on the agent detail page.
