The AI agents inventory gives you a table of every agent discovered across your connected platforms.
Here's what each column shows:
Column | What it shows |
Agent Name | The name of the agent as set in the source platform |
Platform | Which platform the agent was built on |
Creation Date | When the agent was created |
Technical Contact | The employee who built the agent or is in charge of its configuration |
Integrations | Apps and services the agent is connected to |
Risk Insights | High risk security signals |
Approval Status | Whether the agent has been reviewed by your security team |
AI Agent Status | Active or disabled, as reported by the platform |
Filtering and search
You can filter the inventory by Platform, Approval Status, AI Agent Status, Creation Date, and Technical Contact. You can also search by agent name.
Setting approval status
Approval status is how your team tracks whether an agent has been reviewed. The available states are:
No approval status — default for newly discovered agents
In review — under active review by your team
Approved — sanctioned for use
Acceptable — acknowledged but not formally approved
Not permitted — flagged as off-limits
You can set approval status from the dropdown in the inventory table or on the agent detail page.
