Choose your nudge campaign

Nudge campaigns turn visibility into action. Each campaign is a prescriptive playbook: the nudge templates to use, a week-by-week sequence, success targets, and the talking points to report results up.

Not sure where to start?

Most teams start with Campaign 01: Shadow IT discovery & triage. It's designed for your first user-facing campaign—the copy is easy to review in advance, and it builds the app ownership data that later campaigns depend on.

A quick guide:

  • First campaign ever? Start with Campaign 01.

  • Have a backlog of security findings? Run Campaign 02.

  • Need to consolidate data onto approved tools? Run Campaign 03—but only if you have an approved app per category. If not, run Campaign 01 first to surface ownership.

  • Under leadership pressure about AI? Run Campaign 04—it works at any stage, even before your first campaign. All you need is an approved AI acceptable use policy.

How campaigns work

Every campaign follows the same shape:

  1. Check the fit. Each playbook starts with who it's for, the time commitment, and the prerequisites.

  2. Run the sequence. A timed series of nudges, each using a built-in template.

  3. Automate it. Every step can run as an automatic notification rule, so the campaign keeps working after the initial push.

  4. Measure and report. Each playbook includes success targets and ready-to-adapt talking points for your next leadership update.
